Total Cost will be:
Quarter cow  $1,500
Half cow  $3,000
Whole cow  $6,000
 
Estimated late Fall-Winter Pickup. Pickup variance will be determined by optimal "finishing" to deliver the highest quality marbling. We will not butcher until conditions are optimal.
 
Quantity: ~120-140 lbs of meat per quarter
 
This is our Traditional Black Angus. Grass-fed, spring-watered, and grain finished. Longer grain finish for superior marbeling.
 
1. All customers choose between our 4 cut style preferences. If there are edits you prefer please list under "custom cut preferences" for half or whole orders. Cut sheets can be referenced in the item photos.
2. You will receive contact once the cow is "finished" to our standard and ready for butchering to prepare for pickup.
